Leaving Blockade Notices

Everyone please remember to send notices when your fleets leave blockades. We have had multiple incidents of players forgetting to do this resulting in planets being marked blockaded when they are not. This causes players to loose population and production when they shouldn't have. If you were effected by something like this that wasn't your fault please contact me and we can work out some sort of compensation. Please watch this in the future, Thanks.
